Busy Weeks

Don't give up. In the darkness
dispel as joy comes in the morning.
Psalm 32:5
Eventhough i know that...
I have very very busy weeks are coming soon,
I knew God will guide me and give me strength towards
every darkness of moments that I faced,
as long as I do not give up...
there will be joy in the end of darkness
when morning comes =)

Hair =P

Today,
Out of my surprise,
And also due to the reason I sit in the 2nd row of the lecturer hall,
My financial management teacher praised me that....
"Your hair looks nice on you,"
hahaha!
"Thank You Mdm ^0^"

It did lighten my heart today =)
As my day is started badly..
1 Thessalonians 5:18
Be thankful in all circumstances,
for this is God's will for you
who belong to Christ Jesus.

Semester 3

My Semester 3 in UUM has started today,
It is a BIG CHALLENGE of semester I have =(

At first I was feeling unhappy because
I have to move from 3rd floor to 4th floor =(
The room condition is SO BAD...
than the previous 1 year room that I had stayed..
I cant adapt to this new environment of my room and people...
I was feeling uncomfortable all the times =(

 Secondly I was disappointed that...
my courses in this semester is hard and
the quality of the lecturers I got is not reach to my minimum expectation...

The only hope is I wish that I could enjoy being around in the church...
The only place that I surrender myself to God..
That is the place that I have the chance to serve for God..
Phil 4:4
Rejoice in the Lord always.
I will say it again : Rejoice!
Everyday,
I know there is always a reason for everything that has happened..

Now,
God might promote me to another level,
I just can said He will moulds me a lot throughout this semester,

Lastly,
I would like to say,
I need a lot of courage and strength to go through this semester,
I need to be STRONG =)

Hopefully this verse can encourage those
who faces up and down in lifes =)
Phil 4:6-7
6 Do not anxious about everything,
by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving,
present your request to God.
7 And the peace of God,
which transcends all understanding,
will guard your hearts and your minds
in Chirst Jesus.

Bible Study

In Christianity,
Bible study is the study of the Bible
by ordinary people as a personal religious or spiritual practice.
Some denominations may call this devotion or devotional acts
however in other denominations devotion has other meanings.
In Evangelical Protestantism the time set aside to engage in personal Bible study is often called a Quiet Time. In other traditions personal Bible study is referred to as "devotions".
Christians of all denominations use Study Bibles to assist them in their personal Bible studies.

Bible study groups within congregations are sometimes known as cell groups, though many different names exist. The Bible is often studied in informal small groups, and groups within parachurch organizations.

The Christian Bible is divided into two parts.
The first is called the Old Testament, containing the (minimum) 39 books of Hebrew Scripture, they are Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, 2 Kings, 1 Chronicles, 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Songs, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Lamentations, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, Malachi.

and the second portion is called the New Testament, containing a set of 27 books. The first four books of the New Testament form the Canonical gospels which recount the life of Christ and are central to the Christian faith. The books of New Testament are Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts, Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon, Hebrews, James, 1 Peter, 2 Peter, 1 John, 2 John, 3 John, Jude, Revelation.

I was not get used to bible study before...I felt that it is bored (sometimes I will blamed that Bible is heavy to carry =P) indeed it was meaningful in our lives.
As a Christian, bible is the words of God that lead us to obey and follow His commands. It also meant to all the people in this world... there are many many many verses in a bible and none is cannot be read or understand. Just depend on how willingly you would like to scarifice your time for God.

Doing bible study and quite time is a time that you spend in a group or personally with God. Is like Chatting with God, pray, or even feel the God's presence. By doing this continuously, I believe God is reviewing the different views in your life. There is some situations that God is testing us to depend on Him, by doing things on His will, we can know that God never forsake or abandone us.

Hebrews 13:5
Keep your lives free from the love of money and
be content with what you have,
because God has said,
"Never will I leave you;
never will I forsake you"

As the days go by, i will continue seek and learn more in God's word so that in the any times, any where,
I would able to help and support my friends around. =)

Worship

In Christianity,
worship is adoration and contemplation of God.
In many Christian traditions, regular public worship is complemented by other forms of worship, such as individual meditation, prayer and study, small group prayer (often linked with Bible study), and formal ceremonies on special occasions, including weddings, funerals, baptisms and events of Church or state.

While differing considerably in form, the following items characterized the worship of virtually all Christian churches.
  • Meeting on Sunday (Sabbath in Christianity; Sabbath in seventh-day churches is an exception)
  • Bible readings
  • Communion or the Eucharist
  • Music, either choral or congregational, either with or without instrumental accompaniment
  • Prayer
  • Teaching in the form of a sermon or homily
  • A collection or offering
In some occasional time (should be all the time =P), I do enjoy and love worship so much because it is an act of giving all the praises to the Lord....
In the others way, it also means to me that it is a time that between me and God to interact, through worship i feel the joy and peace of the day , somehow, the Holy Spirit will also speak to me and recover the hurt I have...I am happy for having this wonderful time called worship during the time in the church.
 John 4:24
God is spirit,
and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.

34所 以 , 不 要 为 明 天 忧 虑 , 因 为 明 天 自 有 明 天 的 忧 虑 ;

Lastly I concluded with this verse,
May the blessings from the Lord be in those who follow Him faithfully =)
Psalm 119:97
97 Oh, how I love your law! I meditate on it all day long.

This Is Our God

Your grace is enough
More than I need
And your word I will believe
I wait for you
Draw near again
And your spirit make me new
And i will fall at your feet
I will fall at your feet
And i will worship you here

Your presence in me
Jesus light the way
By the power of your word
I am restored
I am redeemed
By your spirit i am free
And i will fall at your feet
I will fall at your feet
And i will worship you here

Freely you gave it all for us
Surrendered your life upon that cross
Great is your love
Poured out for all
This is our God

Lifted on high from death to life
Forever our God is glorified
Sovereign king
Rescued the world
This is our God

And i will fall at your feet
I will fall at your feet
And i will worship you here

And i will fall at your feet
I will fall at your feet
And i will worship you here

Freely you gave it all for us
Surrendered your life upon that cross
Great is your love
Poured out for all
This is our God

Lifted on high from death to life
Forever out God is glorified
Sovereign king
Rescued the world
This is our God

Fellowship

A dictionary definition is "companionship, a mutual sharing, a group of people with the same interests."

I was once did not have friendship. It was a very torturing period for me. As you know, when you work alone, by doing everything and decisions by your own, you are really ALONE without anyone.

It is important to have Fellowship in part of our lives. We are here to learn from one another and spend time together to build a friendship.

We must know that we need to have others in our lives not only your family. It is important to have people that are out from your circle. By this, you only will learn more and get yourself explore to more new issues and new environment. You can't stay in the same place day after day, year after year and expect things to turn out another way. You have to be willing to do something different. Start by realizing how important it is for you build lasting relationships with others. Not only will you learn something new, but open the doors for others to learn through you too.

Something  that I have learnt I would like to share…

A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
Proverbs 18:24

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another – and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
Hebrews  10:24-25

God is Good All The Times =)

Appreciate one another and those you have make friends and approach. I believe every people and friends that you have is for reason and purpose you are having it.

Enjoy Fellowship =)

Prayer Meeting

Prayer Meeting means An evangelical service, especially one held on a weekday evening, in which the laypersons participate by singing, praying, or testifying their faith.

I believe the power of praying… I like the time when we all can gather together and pray for each others, the community and the church…

A prayer is a two-way event. You speak and you listen. That’s how prayer works as well. We tell God our thoughts, our needs, our hopes, and then we listen to him speak to us through his Word and his Spirit.

The Lord is close to all who call on him, yes, to all who call on him in truth. He grants the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cries for help and rescues them.
Psalm 145:18-19

Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.
Matthew 7:7-8

I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf and give thanks for them.
1 Timothy 2:1

In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me whole-heartedly, you will find me, Jeremiah 29:12-13

The testimony I want to share is… there was once I pray for my financial problem in my family… God did answer it and manage to help my family go through the situation from going to get loan from bank at that time…

I found that we are easy to pray for something but with whole-heartedly and righteousness we pray for, God is always listen and He will never fail to answer us in the right place, and the right time =)
