Stress...

Stress is a general term applied to various mental and physiological pressures experienced by people feel in their lives.

Stress may be defined as "a state of psychological and / or physiological imbalance resulting from the disparity between situational demand and the individual's ability and / or motivation to meet those demands."

Dr. Hans Selye, one of the leading authorities on the concept of stress, described stress as "the rate of all wear and tear caused by life."

Stress can be positive or negative. Stress can be positive when the situation offers an opportunity for a person to gain something. It acts as a motivator for peak performance. Stress can be negative when a person faces social, physical, organizational and emotional problems.
I feel stress for the coming months because...
I have a lot of assignments to submit and
the final exam is coming soon...
Time and tide waits for no man,
the days pass so fast..
Part of my mind want the time to go as fast as possible
so that I can graduate and go to the working world faster;
But part of my mind want the time to go slower
when the time I can't finish my work..

I feel stress...

The ways to release stress for me is just
go for a travel , shopping or go karaoke!
I feel better and gain energy and motivation by doing these..
I miss my family so much when come back to Uni..
How weak I am ='(

Radio~

I love to listen to radio
when the time I do not feel want to choose
to listen to the songs in the laptop....

How radio communication works. Information such as sound is transformed into an electronic signal which is applied to a transmitter. The transmitter sends the information through space on a radio wave (electromagnetic wave). A receiver intercepts some of the radio wave and extracts the information-bearing electronic signal, which is converted back to its original form by a transducer such as a speaker.

AM means "Amplitude Modulation" 

-is a technique used in electronic communication, most commonly for transmitting information via a radio carrier wave. The mediumwave broadcast band.

FM means "Frequency modulation" (radio signal)

-is commonly used at VHF radio frequencies for high-fidelity broadcasts of music and speech. Normal (analog) TV sound is also broadcast using FM. A narrow band form is used for voice communications in commercial and amateur radio settings.

Holiday!

Do you like holiday???

I like holiday so so so much!!! XD

Firstly, HaPpY DeEpAvALi to all the Indian race and friends !!!

I have one week holiday but..

I am not enjoying this holiday because..

I have tonnes of assignments and revision to do ='((

 

HoLidAYSSS  mean to me must be...

NO HOMEWORK to do~ haha!

Just blank your mind, and

go for whatever activities which are relaxing and entertaining!!

If I have a long holiday,

Firstly I wish to go for a TrAveL!! (international)

Secondly ShOpPiNg!!

Thirdly HoMe !!!

Travel around the world can make you see things differently,

in terms of the people, cultures, places, climate and many more...

Even though just window-shopping but it does satisfied part of shopping feel~

Home is the best place to spend in holiday too because in my home,

I have good food to eat (from my beloved mum*hugs*),

can see my pretty clothes in cupboard, 

can play my piano, keyboard, flute, listen to music,

access internet with good speed,

followed latest entertainment news or drama or movie or songs,

I love my home the most, haha XDD

The Walking Dead 1, 2, 3...

This is a drama!!
I started to chase after this movie
since my youngest sister watched it a year ago.
I knew the scenes were scary, crazy, cruel and also disgusting but..
I still can enjoy it even though some of my friends really can't accept it.
Not meaning I love this kind of movie but i love the story line of this movie,
from season 1 until the latest season 3 now..
The sound effects sometimes may shock me
but the journey of the survivors against the walking dead
makes me excited for it!!
So, are you dare to watch it, enjoy it?
Let me give you some pictures of it and tell you what I know about this movie XD 

They are the survivors !!!

In season 3, Shane died and Dixon become Rick's right hand-man.

 These people have been infected by a disease. 

They died and rose again and wandering around.

They will bite and eat the survivors.

What you must have to protect yourself are,

 guns or knives or swords,
stay in a group,

to survive from the group of....walking dead!!!

 Run because their numbers are more than you expected!

This scene happened when the actors Glenn and Rick have to blood themselves 

across the street to a building for weapons...a bit funny 

because they have to pretend like the walking dead! ^^

 I like the Japanese guy Glenn and him, Daryl Dixon !! hehe!! 

Dixon so brave and cool !! ^^

Rick killed the walking dead. 

This is the ONLY way they will died.

I am looking forward for the coming episod after episod,

and I am excited to know the ending of this story,

The Walking Dead XD
